Taylor Stevenson are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client in Tinsley, Sheffield.
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading waste and water management companies, providing solutions for ecological transformation.
We are seeking in ADMINISTRATOR to work on tis temp to perm contract. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00
JOB DUTIES:
- Complete general administration duties such as: taking bookings, producing invoices and all associated paperwork
- Completing sales and purchase ledger operations
- Preparing and organised notes from weekly meetings
- Ensuring all vehicles comply with transport regulations
- Uploading payroll data and checking clients credit limits
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- IT Literate
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience in a similar field (preferred but not essential)
PAY RATE:
£11.60ph acruel
£13ph HPI (With holiday pay paid out each week)
