Taylor Stevenson is recruiting on behalf of our client for a high-performing Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle to drive growth across the UK & Ireland within a leading portfolio of commercial vehicle aftermarket brands.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will take full ownership of a national territory — driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and strengthening brand presence across the market.

The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will:

  • Deliver and exceed national sales targets

  • Build, develop and manage strategic customer relationships

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities

  • Expand market share across the commercial vehicle sector

  • Monitor and manage customer stock levels

  • Produce accurate sales reports and forecasts

  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events

  • Work independently across a UK & Ireland territory

This is a field-based, target-driven role suited to a commercially focused sales professional who thrives on autonomy and performance.


About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in Commercial Vehicle aftermarket sales

  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities

  • A full UK driving licence

You will be:

  • Confident, resilient, and self-motivated

  • Highly organised and target-focused

  • Comfortable managing a national territory independently

  • Commercially driven with a proactive approach to growth
