Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a Motor Vehicle Specialist based in Rotherham who are looking for a Commercial Van Sales Executive to join their team.

If you're an enthusiastic, vibrant, and positive person who is driven by targets and excels in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service is at the forefront then this could be the role for you.

We are a unique and independent company who specialise in selling new and used bespoke Volkswagen Transporters and we want someone to join our already passionate and ambitious Sales Team. Automotive and sales experience is important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the end-to-end sales process for new and used bespoke Volkswagen Transporters

- Engaging with customers via telephone, and online to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Proactively prospecting warm leads and generating new business opportunities

- Negotiating sales and closing deals to achieve and exceed monthly targets

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Managing customer enquiries efficiently and responding in a timely, professional manner

- Accurately updating and maintaining the CRM system and customer records

- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying journey

- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, specifications, pricing, and market trends

- Supporting the team in achieving overall business sales targets and objectives

Essential Attributes:

- Full UK Driving License

- IT literate

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working in face-to-face sales environment and in making sales calls/prospecting warm leads.

- Ability to organize and prioritise work effectively

Working hours:

Two-week rota - Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm / Monday - Friday: 9am - 4:30pm

Two Saturdays per month: 9am - 4pm
