The Role

This is a key, client-facing role and would suit someone professional, organised and personable, who takes pride in creating a welcoming first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Our client combines a personalised local service with national expertise across audit, accounts, tax, payroll, corporate finance and business advisory services. They are known for their professional standards, strong values and commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening the office at the start of the day and securing the premises at close of business
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly front-of-house service
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously
• Managing incoming and outgoing post, including sorting and distribution
• Supporting general administrative and office duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Previous receptionist, front-of-house or administrative experience is desirable
