Taylor Stevenson are working in partnership with our client, based in Doncaster, in the search of an experienced Production Operative to join their team.

This is a full-time position, working 12-hour shifts, days and nights on a rotating shift.

As a Production Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on factory requirements but will include:

• Manual Handling of ingredients.
• Stacking and moving pallets.
• Maintain procedures and systems.
• Following all relevant Health and Safety Regulations.
• Assist with routine factory maintenance.
• You must be a motivated individual.
• Be able to follow instructions without supervision.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Be an effective communicator both written and verbally.
• Ideally you should hold a current forklift truck licence.
