Contract Administrator
Tankersley / permanent / £12.89 - 12.89 per hour
Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with a warehousing client based in Tankersley who are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The role will also provide administrative support across all areas of the business.
Duties:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain an organised database of all contracts, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support across the business.
- Note taking and minute taking as required.
- Conduct driver debriefs and maintain accurate records.
- Support Health & Safety administration and maintain relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract preparation and execution.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Filing and document management.
- Scanning and processing documentation.
- Liaise with external parties, including clients and vendors, to facilitate contract discussions and resolve any queries.
- Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong analytical skills.
- Experience of Health & Safety administration would be advantageous.
- SAP system knowledge would be advantageous.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: £12.89 per hour (£26,811.20 per annum)
