Taylor Stevenson is acting as an employment business on behalf of our client based in Doncaster.

Our client is one of the national haulage companies in the UK, supplying palletised freight to various customers and contracts nationwide.

We are seeking multiple experienced HGV Class 1 / C+E tampers to work throughout the year. The job will entail curtainsider and trunking work that involves deliveries or collections. You will be transporting general haulage, palletised goods. Sometimes you may be required to drive a box trailer or container.

0500 / 0700 starts – average 12-hour shifts – Monday to Friday Tramping

REQUIREMENTS:

·HGV Class 1 Experience

·Full Valid UK Licence, CPC, Digi card

·Curtainsider experience

·Multi drop experience

DUTIES:

·Good communication with transport

·Strapping and securing loads

·Delivering loads to various customers across the UK

·Carrying out POD’s

·Occasional use of a PPT

Basic Days - £17.50ph

Minimum 8 hours paid

All parking and expenses paid with proof of receipt
