Our client looks after the production of Concrete Sleepers for the rail industry, boasting an ultra-modern brand new site.

We’re looking for multiple Production Operatives to join our client on a permanent basis. They invest in their people heavily through first class training. This is a fantastic opportunity and steppingstone either in a fresh career, or further your existing one!

REQUIREMENTS:

· Team player who’s happy to work both with the rest of the team and alone

· Seeking a permanent career, not a stop gap position

· Physically fit, this is a very demanding role.

DUTIES:

· Working on production line, producing concrete sleepers

· Using both automated and semi-automated machines to assist

· Maintaining cleanliness of working area

This position is on a 4 day basis (Mon-Sat) mix of days (0600-1800) and nights (1800-0600).

Night shift allowance is paid at 1.25x standard rate!

This role is also subject to for a production bonus which would be paid monthly which averages out at £1.80 Per Hour extra!

All PPE is provided at no extra cost – with immediate starts available!

Pay rate: £9.50-£13.30, bonus is separate and paid monthly!
