The reason Taylor Stevenson will differ ourselves from other companies in the industry is our mentality of quality over quantity. We would rather say no to a client rather than supply somebody that is going to reflectly badly on us. Our directors always took pride on this in our previous roles and this is now driven into the rest of the business ethics here at TS. We believe this is the reason we obtain the business of our clients and keep a working relationship with us for years on end.
Our 24/7 service is an on call service where our consultants will be available for a phone call at any hour of the day, 365 days per year. For example a phone call at 2am on a Sunday morning would not be directed to a third party company or to somebody that we employ to work nights. Any phone call will be answered by a member of our team depending who is on call at that particular time. The advantage to this is that the person answering the phone will be somebody that you already have a relationship with and also that they will understand what you need and be able to sort the matter instantly.
